Visit the new IFES Connect

Our testing and set-up for the new IFES Connect platform is complete! Here are some of the main things that our testers are enjoying about the new platform:

  • I like that there is a special ‘pray’ category!
  • My first impression is that it seemed easy to use.
  • The tags are very helpful in search, and the flexibility for someone to post and reply easily is very intuitive.

We will soon be inviting all current IFES Connect users to the new platform. On 7 May, you will receive an email from IFES Connect Beta on Discourse Hub inviting you to join the new platform. You will need to create a new username and password (or sign in via Microsoft, which we encourage especially for IFES Staff.) You will not be able to log in with your current username and password.

Key news items, forum posts, and resources have been migrated to the new platform. If you have content that has not already been migrated and you want to ensure is on the new platform, contact [email protected].

By 10 June we will shut down the current platform entirely, and the URL connect.ifesworld.org will take you to the new site. We look forward to welcoming you all onto the new platform.
